Welcome to Equityspark.space. These Terms of Service govern your enrollment and participation in our culinary courses in Sydney. By accessing our facility or booking a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Enrollment in Equityspark.space courses is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Minor participation (14-17) requires parental consent and supervision in specific workshops. All participants must provide accurate personal information and emergency contact details during registration. Course spots are secured only upon receipt of full payment or an approved deposit.
Safety is paramount in our professional kitchen environment. Students must follow all instructor directions regarding knife handling, equipment usage, and sanitation. Appropriate attire, including closed-toe non-slip shoes, is mandatory. Equityspark.space reserves the right to dismiss any participant who engages in unsafe behavior, harassment, or fails to comply with hygiene standards without a refund.
We understand plans change. For short workshops, cancellations made at least 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48-72 hours are eligible for course credit. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the class start time are non-refundable. For professional industry programs, specific multi-week cancellation policies apply as outlined in the program handbook.
Course fees include all ingredients, equipment use, and instructional materials unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Equityspark.space uses secure payment gateways; we do not store full credit card details on our local servers. Payment plans for longer programs must be strictly adhered to to maintain enrollment.
Equityspark.space takes all reasonable precautions to manage allergens; however, our kitchen processes nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens. Participants with severe allergies attend at their own risk. Equityspark.space is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or adverse reactions resulting from ingredient consumption, provided all safety protocols were maintained.
